PRIVATE/GROUP GENTLE YOGA AND SOMATIC MOVEMENT CLASSES
Please complete the contact form if you are interested in hosting a Group Somatic Movement Series in your home or other location within the Charleston, WV area.
Somatic Movement is a form of gentle yoga that combines movements that focus on body awareness, breathing, mindful movement, and deep relaxation. It is offered for groups with a minimum of five participants. Groups of more than 15 to 20 participants are not recommended so the instructor can monitor and give individualized attention where needed.
Classes are taught in a 5 week series and each classes is approximately one hour long. The host (person organizing the group) is responsible to secure a safe, comfortable space - home, office, gym.
Participants are asked to bring a notebook and pen, yoga mat and blanket to each class, along with anything else they may need to support their practice. Participants will be asked to sign a waiver where they can list in personal limitations (physical and/or emotional) they may be experiencing.

Classes are taught by Lesa Smith, a certified yoga/pilates instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience.
Cost:
The cost for a 5-week series is $55/per participant. Payment is required before the session begins and can be submitted by check or Lesa will invoice you to pay by card.
Because each class builds on the other, drop in's to the series are not allowed.
ONE TIME WORKSHOP:
Lesa is available to teach a 30-minute one time workshop for your group of five or more. (limit of 20)
The cost for this one time workshop is $50.
